Vinod Platinum triply stainless steel series is made up with SAS technology, which is a triple layer construction of stainless steel, aluminium and stainless. The inner layer is made up of food grade 18/8 stainless steel, which is hygienic stainless steel and rust free. The middle layer is consists of aluminium throughout, this ensures in even heat distribution and uniform cooking of food. The third layer is made of 430 stainless steel for induction compatibility.
